Here Comes the Sun - Elementary STP
May 1-5, 2022
Students in 1st - 5th Grades
Our activities during the program will be focused around spring and celebrating the sun, such is our theme Here Comes the Sun. We will venture over to the UND Space Grant Consortium for a hands-on tour about the sun, space and space exploration. Our days will be filled with lesson in the Expanded Core Curriculum as well.
Registration
If you would like to register, please email Cindy Williams at ckwillia@nd.gov or mail the following form which are available on our website at https://ndvisionservices.com/programs/registration-forms to Attn: Cindy Williams ND Vision Services/School for the Blind 500 Stanford Rd, Grand Forks, ND 58203. (Note: if forms have already been submitted this school year, they do NOT need to be submitted again. Please send an email stating request to attend.)
- Student Data form (please complete all areas, authorization area needs to be signed - not just typed)
- Release of Information form between local school and NDVS/SB (needs to be typed - not just signed)
Registration may also be completed through you Vision/Outreach Teacher. If you would like to receive a paper copy, let Cindy Williams know and one will be mailed out.
Registration deadline is April 19.
Limited spaces are available and registrations are confirmed based on availability and needs of the student with priority given to ND residents. You will be notified confirming your registration.
