NDVS/SB presents an active, fun-filled social event for students in grades 7-10. Annie's House is a year-round adaptive recreational facility located in North Dakota's scenic Turtle Mountains. Students will participate in adaptive skiing and tubing along with partaking in educational and fun, social activities. Instruction is provided by certified instructors through the Professional Ski Instructors of America and accommodates all abilities.
What is provided:
Lodging accommodations will be at Metigoshe Ministries, bedding will be provided. . Transportation to and from NDVS/SB in Grand Forks and all skiing equipment will be provided.
What to Bring:
Please bring winter gear including boots, gloves/mittens, scarves, hats and snow pants. Students will also need to bring personal items such as toiletries and medications along with spending money for snacks on the road. More specifics will follow after registrations are received.

Registration deadline is November 22nd
If you would like to register, please email Cindy Williams at ckwillia@nd.gov and she will work with you to make sure we have the necessary forms for attendance. Required forms are listed below and attached. Please submit the forms back via email or mail (our forms are also available on our website (please click the links below):
- Student Data form (please complete all areas, authorization area needs to be signed – not just typed). If you have already submitted a Student Data form this school year, another does not need to be submitted.
- Release of Information between local school and NDVS/SB (needs to be signed – not just typed). If you have already submitted a Release of Information form this school year, another does not need to be submitted.
- Annie’s House Participant Form
Registration may also be completed through your Vision/Outreach Teacher. If you would like to receive a paper copy or if you have any questions, contact Cindy Williams at 701-795-2704.
We have limited spaces available and registrations are confirmed based on availability and needs of the student. Since we are a ND state agency, priority will be given to ND residents. You will be notified confirming your registration.
