NDVS/SB was awarded ND Department of Agriculture’s (NDDA) Farm to School Edamame Trail Mix Kit and our activities during the program will be focused around farming and nature. Join us in the fun!
Join us in learning life skills based on the Earth Day theme, “Our Power, Our Planet.” We will grow through experiences by getting out in the community and in nature….exploring the world we live in while respecting our planet.
Adult Training is available for adults who are experiencing vision loss. Whether you are new to vision loss or are experiencing a change in your vision we are here to help you navigate those changes.
Our educational program is filled with instruction and experiences focusing on independence and the Expanded Core Curriculum. A focus this week will be on Recreation and Leisure by partaking in our Goalball tournament with SD School for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Aberdeen, SD.

Our lessons and activities during this program week will be focused around the book "Measuring Penny" published by National Braille Press (NBP). Activities and projects will include making doggie biscuits; tips from a blind scientist; measuring tools; and games about following directions (listening skills); team building and much more!

Join us as we venture to Annie's House at Bottineau Winter Park! Winter JAM is an active, fun-filled social event for students in grades 7-10.
